Procial
Software to empower hospital administrators to continually monitor physician and staff certification and accreditation requirements
Overview
Procial partnered with us to build a custom platform that allows hospital administrators to monitor when physicians and staff are required to renew their individual certifications and accreditations. When hospitals use the Procial software, they no longer need to manually monitor certification expiration dates and potentially risk going out of compliance. Procial can be customized to create proactive alerts to inform administrators when their staff has an upcoming certification renewal.
Hospital administrators had three key concerns to be addressed: security; stability; and scalability.
We addressed the stability concerns by structuring the system architecture with database servers specifically designed to handle the potential spikes in workload. The system architecture was also designed with scalability in mind, ensuring that the software can support hospitals both large and small.

IMS CM Connect
An online and mobile community to quickly connect employers to local, relevant case managers when an insurance claim is filed
Overview
Injury Management Systems (IMS) partnered with Integritas to find a solution to the high costs and time required by employers when trying to find a case worker to support an injured worker insurance claim.
The solution was CM Connect, a web and mobile accessible community that allows employers to find a case manager in the region, state or city they are needed – a critical cost-savings factor considering up to 30% of the cost to the employer is case manager travel time and expenses.
CM Connect doesn’t stop at just the initial connection but provides a communication platform so that employers and case managers can have direct in-tool dialogue and case tracking – significantly minimizing the time required by employers to track down status and respond to questions.
